We collect only the minimum amount of data required to provide the Pulsgram experience and ensure your progress is saved.

A. Information You Provide (For Account Security)

When you create an account, we store the following to allow you to log in on different devices and restore your data if you lose your phone:

To enable the core features of the app (Step Counting, Water Targets, and the Growing Tree game), we store:

• Step count history
• Daily water intake logs
• Game progress (Tree growth status, points, levels)

C. Leaderboard Data

To power the competitive features of Pulsgram, the following data is considered public within the app ecosystem:

• Username
• Total Step Count
• Tree Level
• Rank

📍 3. How We Use Location Data

We respect your physical privacy.

• Real-Time Mapping: Pulsgram uses your device's location services only to draw your running/walking route on the map in real-time (e.g., to draw a line from your start point to your current position).
• No Server Storage: We do not store your historical location coordinates on our servers for tracking purposes. The location data is processed locally on your device for your visualization.
• No Background Spying: We do not track your precise location in the background when you are not exercising.
• Foreground Service: To count your steps accurately while your phone is in your pocket (even if the app is closed), we use a "Foreground Service" (visible via a notification). This is strictly for the step-counter sensor and timer functionality, not for location spying.

⚙️ 4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes only:

• To provide service: To display your steps, map your runs, and grow your tree.
• To power the Leaderboard: To display your rank against other users based on steps taken and tree levels achieved.
• To sync progress: To ensure you don't lose your game data if you uninstall the app.
• To improve the app: To catch bugs and fix crashes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, username, password, and transaction information.

• Data is encrypted in transit.
• Access to database servers is strictly restricted to authorized LEDO-TECH personnel.

🗑️ 6. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. If you choose to delete your account from within the app settings, all your personal data (Email, Name, Steps, Game Progress) will be permanently removed from our database.

✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Pulsgram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

⚖️ 2. User Conduct (Zero Tolerance Policy)

Pulsgram is a fair-play ecosystem. To maintain the integrity of our fitness challenges and Leaderboards, you agree NOT to:

• Cheat: Use automated scripts, bots, emulators, or fake GPS tools to falsify steps, distance, or game progress.
• Hack: Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the app's code or server connections.
• Steal: Attempt to access accounts that belong to other users.
• Exploit: Abuse bugs or glitches for unfair advantages on the Leaderboard.

All content within Pulsgram, including but not limited to the "Growing Tree" mechanics, designs, logos, code, and graphics, is the exclusive property of LEDO-TECH. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

⚠️ 4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pulsgram is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that step counting or GPS tracking will always be 100% accurate, as this depends on your device's hardware sensors. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained while running or walking using the app. Please exercise caution and be aware of your surroundings.
